Sorry for clogging up your feedreaders and mail boxes with the last two posts - ok this one too. I had to add a couple of pages to the blog for housekeeping purposes and there probably is a way to turn off the feed but that would be like work and asking forgiveness is much easier and quicker.
I will return shortly with something more interesting (hopefully) - consider this the shortest post you will ever see me write. Enjoy it while you can.

Project Payday - A Legit Method to Make Money at Home
I have included Project Payday on my blog for all of my readers who write in asking if there are any legit online programs that they can use to make some quick money. Project Payday is not a get rich quick scheme - it is more like a work at home job. You don't need a blog or website as it involves getting paid to try out trial offers from online advertisers. There is work to this but you can realistically earn a couple of hundred dollars a day if you want to put in the effort.

I need your advice. I have a payday loan company that is soliciting me to put a post and/or link on one of my sites. An advertisement post or something. They said that I could write it or they would provide it and it won't exclude me from Adsense, etc.
Any advice on what I should charge, etc.? They do have an affiliate program also and this site of mine is on debt reduction/elimination, etc.

Just wanted to share this. I posted a relevant news topic (while still hot) to my blog and left referral links in forums etc.
The traffic was unbelievable!! However,no adsense clicks LOL! Is this a case of too good content?

I have received a number of advert offers from various payday loan companies and I have generally asked them to send a copy of the blurb they want posted. Most don't respond and the few that have were so terrible that I didn't want it on my blog. (They try for 3-4 links in 15 words - nope).
As far as a rate goes stick to the standard $45 per month (text link below the fold) if you are getting average traffic 100-200 hits a day. If you get more ask for more. I have been ballsy and asked for $250 per month but no takers - If I saw an ad that I liked I would probably be more reasonable.
If they have an affiliate link then use it to get an idea of how many clicks and conversions you get - you can then drop the link and charge them for ad space based on your numbers.
Be sure that they know that the ad will be no-followed. Don't give a PR link to these outfits - a lot of them are questionable and may be in bad neighborhoods.

Hard to say without more info but if most of your traffic was from forums then I'm not surprised at the lack of clicks. Forum users are pretty savy - even in non-MMO/IM circles and should be treated like all social traffic - fun to have but you will starve with them.
If it was search traffic then email me the particulars and I will have a look at what might be the problem.
