It looks as if a few enthusiastic marketers are attempting to give ClickBank a run for their money. What is DealDotCom?

DealDotCom.com is the place on the web to find all the Internet Marketing products you really want for rock bottom prices. We sell products and services that help save you time and money when it comes to running your online business.

Who runs DealDotCom?

DealDotCom is run by a handful of code monkeys and assorted minions. The guys in charge are just a couple of lovable Internet Marketers who think that fun and excitement should be injected into the otherwise predicable, dry, and boring world of Internet Marketing.

I see only one item, do you sell anything else?

What, our item of the day isn't good enough for you? That’s right, we only sell one item per day. That means you better get your grubby little hands on it before it sells out. How many are left? We don’t tell you that either because that would spoil all the fun for you, and more importantly, for us. If you don’t like or want the product of the day, check back tomorrow for something that might appeal to your fancy schmancy tastes.

Where is the schedule for new items?

There isn’t one. You will never know in advance what item DealDotCom will be practically giving away until 12:00 midnight (Central Time). What we’re selling or planning to sell is one of the most closely guarded secrets of internet marketing, more closely guarded than "what it is that John Reese REALLY does to make so much money online." If anyone tells you what tomorrow’s item on DealDotCom will be, please forward their contact information and an 8x12 glossy photo of them so that we can schedule a visit with them.

I missed yesterday's item, can I still get one?

If you missed getting your children presents for Christmas, can you make it up to them on December 26th? Of course not! If you miss out on one of our items or it sells out, then too bad. We recommend that you make a visit to DealDotCom part of your daily routine, just to be sure that we're not selling something you can't live without.

I want to talk to a live person there, can I call you?

You may want to talk to a live person, but we really don't want to talk to you. People who call tend to keep our minions on the phone for hours at a time, discussing minutiae. If you're famous, eminently important, or want to give us millions of dollars, include your phone number in your email, and we'll call you.

How do I get customer support?

If the problem is with billing, not your download link, or anything sales related, we're happy to assist you. Go to the Talk to Us page and let us know how we can help. You can also email us at support@dealdotcom.com. If the problem is NOT billing or fulfillment related, then customer support is handled by the owner/manufacturer of every product we sell. It's our job to get you to buy stuff... it's their job to make you happy once you've bought it. You're welcome to use our community area to discuss, praise, or gripe about any product we've sold, but support will be handled by the owner of the product.

How do I return a defective product?

Contact us through our "Talk to Us" page and let us know what the problem is. Be kind, and be sure to use small words. Depending on the product, and the specific agreement we have with that product's creator or manufacturer, you will receive a refund or a replacement product.

Can you start listing sale prices in the blog entries?

No. Remember, we're all about fun, excitement, and most importantly, mystery. If you missed the deal of the day, then it is our hope that you will never know how much we let that thing you really wanted go for. That’s why it’s so important to check every day to see what kind of steals are going on.

Will DealDotCom ever tell us how many units remain available in a given sale?

No. So for those of you who think it might be better to wait until later to buy, think again. The price will not get any lower! If we made our prices lower we’d have to go back to living beneath bridges and begging for change.

Ordering

How do I create a DealDotCom account?

Just scroll up to the top of the page and click on the “Your Account” button. Then, on the right side of the page, click the “create an account” button. It’s easy and relatively painless, depending on your tolerance for pain, of course.

Are You Guys Allowed to Sell This Stuff?

Of course we are! We worked long and hard stalking/blackmailing all the owners of the products we sell until they finally agreed to give us permission.

What payment options do I have?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or PayPal. We no longer accept frozen kidneys, or kidneys of any kind, for that matter.

What are my shipping options?

Most of the products sold on DealDotCom are downloadable, but on the rare occasion that we sell a physical product, you will receive either a UPS or Fed-Ex tracking number with your order so you can stop bugging us and bug them as to the status of your shipment. DealDotCom will decide on which service to use based on the size of the product and the current shipping rates.

How can I track my order?

Most of the stuff you buy from us will be instantly downloadable, and you'll get access to it as soon as your order is complete. When we sell physical products, you'll receive a UPS/FedEX/DHL tracking number you can use to track your order. Once it leaves our warehouse, it is the responsibility of our courier to get the product to you, so bug them not us. It may take a 2-3 business days to ship your order. In these cases, we suggest you buy all of the Harry Potter books and see how many you can read before you get your order. The current record is 2.

Where are you guys located?

DealDotCom is based in Houston, TX, and the closest NFL team drafted Mario Williams over Vince Young and Reggie Bush, and we will never forgive them for that.

Do you have a privacy policy? Is it a secret?

I have an Internet Marketing related product - can I sell it on DealDotCom?

Sure, if you jump through all the hoops we line up for you. Log into your account and click the "Make Money" tab at the top, and you'll see a form to fill out to tell us about your product. Don't come to us with a product that you have resale rights for - chances are, we already own the resale rights as well. And it's got to be Internet Marketing related. That means no eBooks about landscaping, scrapbooking, travel, or any other non-IM niche (unless you want to sell resale rights for those eBooks - we can help you there.)

Can I work for DealDotCom?
